Thomas has extensive experience, including his role as Vice President of Operations at Wipro, where he oversaw all operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer at NewLogic, playing a key role in managing the company's M&A process within Wipro. Additionally, Thomas served as the assistant for economic affairs to the prime minister of the state of Vorarlberg, Austria. He began his career as a project manager for the Austrian Foreign Office in Houston, TX, USA, gaining valuable experience with various consultancy firms.

Alex has held a variety of technical and leadership roles in the semiconductor industry, including Senior Design Engineer and CTO. Since 2017, he has served as Head of Program Management, acting as the key liaison between our international customers, suppliers, and engineering team. In June 2020, Alex was promoted to Vice President of Program Management, following his significant contributions to the successful execution of several major customer projects in recent years.

Before joining Photeon, Roger spent 21 years at Delta Electronics, where he last held the position of General Manager of Industrial & Medical. He also gained significant semiconductor experience through roles at Infineon, Everlight, and Microsemi. Roger’s extensive knowledge of various markets, applications, and components complements Photeon’s growth ambitions. His key management philosophy is: “Leading with perseverance, innovation, teamwork, and joy.”

Andreas began his career as a design engineer at NewLogic, working on various Bluetooth, WiFi, GSM, and GPS projects, as well as ASICs for automotive and industrial applications. During the acquisition by Wipro, Andreas expanded his global network. With 21 years of experience in analog design, Andreas is well-equipped to mentor young and ambitious individuals who value honesty, authenticity, and loyalty—qualities they will receive in return. On diversity, Andreas states, "If we always move in the same thought patterns, we are less likely to find innovative solutions."

Johanna began her journey as an Executive Assistant and has since acquired extensive specialized knowledge through various training sessions and workshops. Over the years, she has continuously expanded her expertise in several areas, particularly in Human Resources. Alongside her team, she oversees more than 100 employees from over 15 nationalities, with offices in Austria, Italy, and Serbia. In 2024, Johanna was promoted to Director of HR & Admin. In this role, she collaborates closely with management to ensure that the company operates in alignment with the values of 'Human Centric,' 'Commitment,' 'Respect,' and 'Innovation.'

Annemarie is in charge of Procurement, Production and Demand Planning, Logistics, and the ERP system, ensuring smooth operations and optimal resource management. With significant global experience in supply chain management within the medical and industrial sectors, including interfacing with the automotive industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Additionally, Annemarie has spearheaded corporate culture initiatives, promoting a positive work environment by connecting employees with leadership, facilitating discussions, gathering insights, and developing joint action items to align the company's strategic objectives with the needs and aspirations of its workforce.

Marcel heads a team dedicated to developing and implementing advanced verification methodologies for mixed-signal projects. He manages both pre-silicon and post-silicon verification efforts, establishes verification infrastructures, and upholds high product quality standards. With extensive expertise in IC development, Marcel specializes in analog, digital, and mixed-signal verification. His technical skills enable him to address complex verification challenges, ensuring model-to-schematic equivalency and optimal system performance. Marcel’s leadership emphasizes fostering innovation and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Jan leads and develops the Digital design teams, supporting various business lines including Digital Power, Microcontroller, AI, and Software. With over 20 years of development experience working in multidisciplinary teams, he is driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to fostering teams of innovative thinkers. Jan has led teams that develop cutting-edge technologies such as multicore microcontrollers, parallel processing architectures, audio and video codecs. He collaborates closely with Analog, Mechanical, and Optical teams, integrating these disciplines with Digital Signal Processing to create pioneering system architectures.
